PRIMITIVE SUNFLOWER CLASS HALLOWEEN SURPRISE

3 11 2014

GREETINGS

I am finally on the road to recovery.  Winter weather has dealt a blow to Maine and gave us windy and cold weather.  The chickens are now all in the barn.

PRIMITIVE SUNFLOWER CLASS

A week ago Saturday a Primitive Sunflower class was held at Sheep and Shawl.  We all had so much fun and each gal produced a wonderful sunflower.  This class will be held again in the spring.

HALLOWEEN TREATS

An unexpected surprise arrived in the mail just before Halloween.   My friend Fran sent me this wonderful crow.  She sits watching my herb and spice cabinet.

Those sunflowers are darling! A vase of them would be lovely. Can they be made smaller? They’d make a handsome pin.

I think they would make delightful pins and I have made some smaller ones. Will show them on the blog sometime.
